Design once
We establish proven systems, rules and manufacturing knowledge that can be applied across projects, rather than reinventing what already works.
We design with the end result in mind. From the earliest stages, Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) brings architectural intent together with how the building will ultimately be made.
Good architecture considers everything from how a building responds to its site and surroundings to the materials, spaces and details within.
Our in-house architects and interior designers collaborate with you to bring those decisions together with an understanding of exactly how the building will be made. Whether it’s a bespoke home or a large-scale project, the same attention goes into the design.
Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) is an approach to design that considers how each part will be manufactured and assembled from the start.
With the design defined from the start and each component manufactured precisely, there’s less rework, fewer delays and less material waste throughout manufacturing and construction.
A digital twin is a detailed digital model of each project, representing the individual components that will be manufactured and assembled.
We build the project digitally first, working through how each component fits, connects and comes together before anything reaches the manufacturing line.
Different projects call for different ways of building. Depending on the design, site, scale and program, our approach may be panelised, volumetric or hybrid, giving us the flexibility to adapt how we manufacture to each project.
