Construction and Installation

Installation is where everything comes together. Within hours or days, a building that has been taking shape in the factory comes together at its final location.

Your site and building take shape together

One of the biggest benefits with offsite construction is that we don’t have to wait for the site to be ready before we start making the building.

While foundations and other site works are underway, the building is being manufactured and fitted out in our factory at the same time. By the time the site is ready, the modules can already be well advanced and ready to make their journey to site.

Running these two parts of the build at the same time can shorten the overall construction programme by up to 50%. It also means less time building on site, less exposure to weather and disruption, and an earlier path to handover.

Up to 50% faster

From busy urban sites to regional towns, alpine environments and remote locations, every site brings different challenges.

By completing more of the building in the factory, we reduce what needs to happen at its final location. That can mean less reliance on local trades in regional areas, fewer deliveries and less disruption in the city, or less time building in exposed conditions.

Less disruption on site

Installation and finishing works often needs to happen alongside existing buildings and the people using them. Short, planned installation windows reduce noise, traffic and trades on site, helping schools, hospitals and other active environments keep operating while the building takes shape.
