Design

We design with the end result in mind. From the earliest stages, we bring architectural intent together with an understanding of how a building will be manufactured and assembled. This integrated approach helps deliver greater certainty in design, cost, quality and delivery.

Architecturally Designed

Good architecture considers everything from how a building responds to its site and surroundings to the materials, spaces and details within.

Our in-house architects and interior designers work closely with you and/or your external design consultants to bring these elements together – combining design expertise with an expert understanding of how each building will be manufactured and assembled.

Whether it’s a bespoke home or a large-scale project, every design receives the same considered approach.

Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DfMA)

Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) considers how every part of a building will be manufactured and assembled from the earliest stages of design.

By integrating design and manufacturing requirements upfront, we can identify potential challenges earlier, reduce rework and minimise delays and material waste throughout construction.

Digital twin

A digital twin is a detailed digital representation of a building, capturing the individual components that will be manufactured and assembled.

We build each project digitally first, allowing us to coordinate components, test connections and resolve potential issues before manufacturing begins. The digital model then provides the information our manufacturing line needs to produce each component.

This gives us greater precision and control over how the building comes together.

Three Wall Systems

Part of an integrated structural systems of walls, floors and roof cassettes, each wall type is designed for a different application and performance requirement. Proven systems and connections give our designers a reliable starting point, while allowing each project to respond to its architecture, site and brief.
