Manufacturing and Modbotics
Modbotics is our fully automated robotic manufacturing line. It manufactures the walls, floors, and roof cassettes for our buildings, with tolerances to a fraction of a millimetre.
At the heart of our offsite manufacturing is a team of highly skilled people working alongside advanced automation, bringing together expertise and precision to make our buildings.
Each component begins with information from the digital model. Modbotics translates that information into physical building elements, cutting and assembling each component as it was designed. From there, walls, floors and roof cassettes move through the factory, where services and insulation are added before they come together as a building.
Offsite manufacturing in a controlled factory environment means greater control over every stage. From individual components to hundreds of modules, manufacturing allows us to work with a level of precision and consistency.

Module Assembly
Once the individual components are manufactured, they come together on the factory floor. See the process from the first floor cassette through to a completed module, ready for the next stage of fit-out.
Panelised, volumetric or hybrid construction
Different projects call for different ways of building. Depending on the design, site, scale and program, our approach may be panelised, volumetric or hybrid, giving us the flexibility to adapt how we manufacture to each project.
