Logistics and Delivery
From tight urban sites to regional communities, remote locations and challenging terrain, we plan every project with its destination in mind.
Built for the journey: modular delivery from factory to site
Most of our modules leave the factory with services, internal finishes, joinery, kitchens and bathrooms already in place. Each module travels individually by truck, with a typical two-bedroom home made up of two modules delivered separately and brought together on site.
Completing more of the building offsite means less needs to happen once it arrives, particularly in regional, remote or exposed locations where access, labour and site conditions can make construction more complex.
Delivering to urban, regional or remote sites
From busy urban sites to regional towns, alpine environments and remote locations, every site brings different challenges.
By completing more of the building in the factory, we reduce what needs to happen at its final location. That can mean less reliance on local trades in regional areas, fewer deliveries and less disruption in the city, or less time building in exposed conditions.
