Construction & Installation
Installation is where everything comes together. Within hours or days, modules manufactured and fitted out in our factory are installed on site, bringing the building to life.
Your site and building take shape together
One of the biggest advantages of offsite construction is that site works and manufacturing can happen at the same time.
While foundations and other site works are underway, the building is being manufactured and fitted out in our factory. By the time the site is ready, the modules can be ready to ready for delivery and installation.
This parallel approach can shorten the overall construction programme by up to 50%, reducing time spent building on site, exposure to weather and disruption, and bringing projects closer to completion sooner.
Up to 50% faster
From busy urban sites to regional towns, alpine environments and remote locations, every site brings different challenges.
By completing more of the building in the factory, we reduce what needs to happen at its final location. That can mean less reliance on local trades in regional areas, fewer deliveries and less disruption in the city, or less time building in exposed conditions.
Less disruption on site
Installation and finishing works often takes place alongside existing buildings and the people using them. By completing more of the building offsite, we reduce the time, noise, traffic and number of trades required on site.
Carefully planned installation windows help schools, hospitals and other operational environments continue functioning with minimal disruption.
